Kai is a Co-Founder of Future Power Systems, he has over a decade of experience in project management and renewable energy infrastructure. With a background in large-scale solar farm construction, Kai has led major projects like the Swan Hill Solar Farm, Haughton Solar Farm the Gannawarra Energy Storage System. He has a track record of managing complex projects.
Engineering Manager
Lincoln Reeves
Lincoln is an accomplished Project Manager at Solar Farm Constructions with a background in renewable energy project management. He has over two years of experience leading large-scale solar projects, such as the 130MWdc Glenrowan Solar Farm. Lincoln has demonstrated expertise in overseeing mechanical and structural installations, ensuring projects are completed ahead of schedule.

He holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Melbourne.

Bree Shawyer
Bree is an experienced Project Administrator in the construction industry, with a specialisation in the renewable energy sector. Over the past seven years, she has contributed to several successful solar farm projects. Her experience includes roles within both EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts and Minor Contractor, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of project administration in the renewables space.

Darcy is a dedicated advocate for sustainability and community-driven environmental initiatives, with a passion for integrating cultural heritage, renewable energy, and Indigenous perspectives.
