OUR STORY
2017
The team met while working on one of the first utility-scale solar farms in Victoria. They hired a hybrid solar / generator / battery system for site power, but it did not perform as promised.
An important lesson
A major issue was that suppliers did not truly understand the systems, so they could not resolve problems when they occurred. This taught us how important it is that customers deal with people who understand the product inside and out.
2021
During a gap between projects, our engineering team designed the FPS20 — a portable, foldable and robust solar generator built to meet our own site power needs.
Continuous improvement
Our range has been extensively tested on internal projects and with trial partners, and has been continuously improved as technology evolves. Our goal is 100% power availability and the highest possible renewable energy contribution.
